The Artist
Artist, Designer and Software Developer Manuel Grillo graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome in Painting with Prof. Enzo Orti. Subsequently, he obtained a second degree in Interactive Systems with a thesis on Gragory Bateson and interactive multitouch technology. Professor of Computer Science at the Accademia Dei Romani, Fine Arts Institute since 2019, found in 2020 NodeLab, a Research space where Art, Design and New Technologies meet. Creative Process
The design of a work begins with an interview. Once the history of the person is discovered, a preparatory sketch is made in pencil. Then the 3D model is created, optimized for 3D printing and finally printed.
